From the very beginning of the Congregation, the Priests of the Sacred Heart has accepted calls to serve the Church throughout the world, wherever the love of Jesus is most needed. Your fellowship and support help us spread devotion to His Sacred Heart and offer comfort to those in need.

In Congo, only 67% of children who enter first grade will reach sixth grade.

We provide vital care to families in need and operate schools, hospitals and shelters for homeless children and abandoned babies.

In India, 47% of girls are married off before the age of 18.

We are working to improve educational opportunities for children, partnering with government on health and sanitation projects and supporting small business ventures.

In Cameroon, only 30% of the population has access to clean drinking water.

By digging and constructing water wells in parched villages, we are working hard to help the urgent and enormous need for clean water.

In South Africa, 14% of all children are orphans.

We work in hospices for victims of HIV/AIDS and provide support for orphaned children of parents lost to the disease.

In the Philippines, about 4.5 million people are homeless.

In the aftermath of devastating typhoons, we have partnered with other organizations to build housing for those with only tents for shelter.

In Houston, Texas,

We support a Catholic grade school for children of struggling migrant families—the only one of its kind to provide free education.
