Christmas Novena

Dear Friend of the Sacred Heart,

What a great love God has for us – a love so great that He sent “His only Son into the world so that we might have life through Him.”  (1 John 4:8-10)

As you and I prepare to celebrate Christmas, let us rejoice in God’s gift of love – our savior Jesus Christ.  Jesus calls us to know His love and to share it with our brothers and sisters throughout the world.

The Priests of the Sacred Heart are called to bring the love of Christ to all of God’s children, especially the most disadvantaged.  Your gifts and prayers enable us to care for the poor and needy in more than 40 countries.

As you recount your blessings this Christmas season, please say a prayer for the families and individuals we serve who desperately cry for God’s love.  We can be sure that they are never forgotten by keeping them close at heart and doing what we can to uplift them from despair.

At this time of year, when the spirit of giving fills our hearts, I ask that you remember your needy brothers and sisters with a generous a gift of support.  Every donation makes a real difference to those who would otherwise go without the care our Congregation provides.   Click here to offer your gift.

The Priests of the Sacred Heart are ever grateful to you and remember you always in prayer and thanksgiving.  We would be honored to receive your prayer intentions and the names of those you would like us to include in our special Novena of Masses beginning Christmas Day.

During our Christmas Novena we will  thank God for the eternal gift of His Son and ask for the grace to share this gift with one another as we walk each day in the footsteps of faith.   (Click here to send your intentions.)

May the Sacred Heart of Jesus bless you for your kindness and charity.  May He grant you His peace and joy, and brighten your heart with His love.

Sincerely in the Sacred Heart,

Father Dominic
